– Limit using 6 or 9 machines at 20 to 30 minutes

You should not take a break between sets of machines. It is better to use a machine instead of free weight such as dumbbell and barbell, especially if you are just starting out. The engine is designed to keep your movements right.

– Train every part of your body

First, you can try to train all upper body parts, abdomen and legs. You can do so by doing some great muscle exercises. Curl is not necessary.
